Time: Mondays from 2:00 to 5:00 PM

Objectives: Review current newborn ICU patients, history, diagnoses, therapy, and future plans; Utilize a multidisciplinary approach to case review and patient process for a more uniform approach to patient care by obtaining consensus agreement from neonatal staff; Discussion and resolution of diagnostic dilemmas; Review and update protocols for best care practices in NICU; Maintain and expand physician and staff cognitive and technical skills in regards to specific neonatal care; Project common understanding among a broad range of specialties and enhance a positive group culture; Enhance skills by identifying and outlining various medical opportunities that advance and improve clinical excellence of care.
