Description: Intermountain Healthcare recognizes the need to develop talent to lead operations in the future healthcare landscape. Across the United States, healthcare organizations are seeking experienced and qualified healthcare executives and senior operations leaders. Even more challenging is sourcing talented and engaged physician leaders. As a result, Intermountain Healthcare has designed a multi-tiered leadership academy to better prepare talent inside the organization, as well as those external to Intermountain. The Executive Development Program is part of the Intermountain Institute for Leadership Development, designed to enhance leaders? critical thinking and application of leadership skills at Intermountain and other healthcare organizations. This leadership development will be facilitated by Intermountain Management Committee, as well as consulting specialists and select Harvard Business School Professors.
